Personal Profile
Jonathan has been treating for more than twenty years. He has been the Principal at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, the largest acupuncture college in Europe, lecturer in Chinese Medicine and Clinical Supervisor on the acupuncture degree course.
Jonathan is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and as such is bound by strict Codes of Safe Practice, Professional Conduct and Disciplinary Procedures. These Codes ensure that patients are offered the highest standards of professional care during their acupuncture treatment.
In 2013, Jonathan completed a year long research project, funded by the British Acupuncture Council, looking in to the affects of acupuncture on children with autism. He has a Masters from Portsmouth University for his work in this area.
He has been Director of the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board (BAAB) and a member of the British Acupuncture Council's Professional Standards and Regulation Committee.
In addition, Jonathan's practices are licensed with Reading Borough Council and Wokingham District Council.
Jonathan is also a Shiatsu practitioner and trained at the European Shiatsu School.
